With over 15 years’ experience in responding to last-minute requirements, our service is fast, reliable, professional and most importantly trusted. We care passionate about our staff and the difference they make to the lives of service users and clients.

Our Approach

Our first task with any client is to make sure that we thoroughly understand their business and other requirements. Through this we are able to identify and understand their specific requirements and hence provide them with a solution that is uniquely tailored for them.

We will develop new contractual arrangements and find innovative solutions to our clients' needs. Each client can choose the level of involvement - some may want one off staff supply, others ask us to take over full responsibility for their staffing.

Above all we are flexible. We know that no two organisations are the same and that it is particularly true of the healthcare sector. Each organisation has different needs, structures and requirements and we will adapt quickly and efficiently, finding the best solution for each set of circumstances.

Our Staff

Our nurses are our reputation. We recruit the very best professionals who embrace our values and ethos. Each and every nurse is flexible, highly experienced in their field and willing to travel long distances, often at short notice, to support our clients. This enthusiasm and commitment to nursing, teamed with exceptional skills and passion is hard to come by. Our pay rates reflect the nature of our work and our expectations. We demand the greatest commitment from each and every staff, as witnessed by demanding registration and compliancy requirements.

Expert, nurse-led recruitment teams

Our recruitment teams are led by experienced nurses, who we believe are best placed to recruit like-minded professionals to represent Global Care name. Each agency worker completes a rigorous recruitment process ensuring they have the most appropriate, recent and relevant experience for their field. In addition we offer our nurses free mandatory CPD and PREP study opportunities to enable them to keep up-to-date with the latest best practice – something that is ordinarily only available for those in substantive posts.

Our current service models are:

• Immediate response to our clients' short-term needs. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through our branch.
• Providing last minute cover without penalty and supply Nurses/Carers/support workers within an hour’s booking.
• Transportation for our staff to you at no extra cost.
• Competitive rates with low fixed commission.
• 24 hours phone service.

Quality and compliance

Our reputation for quality is paramount and we recognise that quality care is driven by quality governance. To that end, and to augment our own internal quarterly audits, we annually contract with QMS & REC to provide compliance audits across all disciplines within all our operations.
